Chef's Notes & Storage
NEEDS_IMAGE_REVIEW
Naturally caffeinated with green tea. Caffeine content varies by tea and brewing method.
Do not increase the pineapple juice excessively. The goal is a pineapple-green-tea cooler, not pineapple juice with an invisible amount of tea.
Fresh lime keeps the pineapple crisp and prevents the drink from becoming cloying.
Green tea brewing standard: Heat water to approximately 175°F. Steep for approximately 3 minutes. Remove tea bags without squeezing. Allow tea to cool before assembling the iced beverage.
