Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 8 corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 white onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeño, minced

Instructions

Prepare the cilantro-lime salsa by combining the tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and a pinch of salt; let stand while the filling cooks.

Season the ground turkey with cumin, chili powder, and salt.

Cook turkey in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes.

Warm tortillas in a dry skillet until pliable.

Fill tortillas with the hot filling, spoon salsa over each, and serve immediately.
