Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract
- small pinch Kosher salt
Instructions
Add milk, cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to a small saucepan.
Heat over medium-low heat. Whisk frequently until the brown sugar dissolves completely. Continue heating approximately 2-3 minutes without boiling.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
For the smoothest texture, pour through a fine-mesh strainer. Transfer to a clean jar or bottle.
Refrigerate until chilled. Shake very well before each use because cinnamon naturally settles.

Chef's Notes & Storage
Yield: About 2 cups. Serving size: 2 tablespoons. Cinnamon does not fully dissolve in liquid, so some settling is normal. Straining creates a smoother finished creamer. Storage: Refrigerate up to 7 days. Shake well before using. Keep refrigerated. Discard if odor, texture, or appearance changes unexpectedly. Dairy-free variation: Substitute unsweetened oat milk and a richer oat creamer for the milk and cream.
