Chef's Notes
NEEDS_IMAGE_REVIEW Naturally caffeinated with green tea. Caffeine content varies by tea and brewing method. This recipe depends heavily on ripe watermelon. Cold, ripe summer watermelon will produce a dramatically better drink than pale underripe fruit. Green tea brewing standard: Heat water to approximately 175°F. Steep for approximately 3 minutes. Remove tea bags without squeezing. Allow tea to cool before assembling the iced beverage.
