Chef's Notes
Chef's Notes: Red jalapeño puree provides heat without the smoke of chipotle. Do not substitute chipotle peppers, sriracha, cayenne, or generic hot sauce. If using pickled red jalapeños, blend completely smooth before measuring. Storage: Refrigerate airtight after cooling. Best within approximately 7-10 days.
