Chef's Notes
Chef's Notes: Tomato paste rather than ketchup gives this version its deeper savory tomato profile. This distinguishes it from the Cane's-style sauce, which uses ketchup and Worcestershire with strong coarse pepper. Storage: Refrigerate airtight. Best within approximately 5 days. Note: Some Worcestershire sauces contain anchovy (fish allergen) — check the label if this is a concern.
