Chef's Notes
NEEDS_IMAGE_REVIEW LOADED WATER NOTE “Loaded water” is a 2026 social-media term, not a scientific nutrition category. These recipes keep water as the primary ingredient and add flavor deliberately rather than stacking multiple powders or supplements. STORAGE For the best flavor, prepare fresh. Refrigerate fruit-based versions and use within 24 hours. Do not leave cut fruit in a warm tumbler for long periods. HYDRATION NOTE Plain water remains an excellent default for everyday hydration. Electrolyte products are optional and should be used according to their label directions; more is not automatically better. CHIA NOTE Chia seeds absorb liquid and form a gel. Use the measured amount and hydrate them before drinking rather than swallowing dry chia seeds.
