Chef's Notes
NEEDS_IMAGE_REVIEW Naturally caffeinated with green tea. Caffeine content varies by tea and brewing method. Blackberries are naturally tart and vary considerably in sweetness. Taste the fruit before making large sweetness adjustments. Optional variation: Replace a portion of the cold water with plain sparkling water immediately before serving for a lightly carbonated version. Green tea brewing standard: Heat water to approximately 175°F. Steep for approximately 3 minutes. Remove tea bags without squeezing. Allow tea to cool before assembling the iced beverage.
