Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place 2–3 frozen tater tots in each silicone muffin cup. Press down gently with the back of a spoon.
  2. Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F / 204°C for 8–10 minutes until tater tots are partially crisp.
  3. Press the centers of the tater tots down with a spoon to create a cup shape.
  4. Fill each cup with shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon. Return to the air fryer for 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
  5. Top with a dollop of sour cream and sliced scallions. Serve immediately.

Chef's Notes

Chef's Notes: Use silicone muffin cups — they are air fryer-safe and flexible. If you don't have muffin cups, you can shape the tater tots free-form in the basket, though they won't hold the cup shape as well. Start with frozen tater tots, not thawed. Contains: Milk.
