📊 Easy
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb skinless salmon, 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp sliced scallions
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Toss salmon cubes gently to coat. Let marinate 5 minutes if time allows.
- Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
- Air fry at 390°F / 199°C for 6–8 minutes. Shake or turn gently halfway through. Salmon should be opaque and flake easily but remain moist — avoid overcooking.
- Transfer to a serving plate. If desired, pour any remaining marinade into a small saucepan and reduce briefly over medium heat, then drizzle over salmon. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
Chef's Notes
Chef's Notes: Salmon cooks quickly — check at 6 minutes. For thicker cubes, add 1–2 minutes. If using leftover glaze, reduce it separately rather than pouring raw marinade over cooked salmon. Contains: Fish, Soy, Sesame.
