Ingredients
- 24 wrappers wonton or egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
- 1/4 cup thick pizza sauce
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, warmed
- as needed oil spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mozzarella, diced pepperoni, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Lay a wonton wrapper diagonally. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center — do not overfill or the wrapper will burst.

- Lightly spray all pizza rolls with oil spray. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket — do not overlap. Cook in batches.
- Air fry at 380°F / 193°C for 6–8 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Serve immediately with warm marinara for dipping.
Chef's Notes
Chef's Notes: These are homemade pizza rolls using wonton or egg roll wrappers — not instructions for frozen commercial pizza rolls. Use thick pizza sauce, not thin marinara, in the filling to prevent sogginess. Do not overfill — 1 teaspoon per wrapper is plenty. Seal thoroughly to prevent leakage. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Soy.
