Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower florets, bite-size
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/3 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into bite-size florets. Pat dry.
- Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd — cook in batches if needed so air can circulate.
- Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until edges are charred and crisp.
- Transfer hot cauliflower to a bowl. Toss or brush with buffalo sauce — use just enough to coat, do not soak or the cauliflower will steam and lose its crispness.
- Return to the air fryer for 1–2 minutes if you want the sauce slightly set, then serve immediately with ranch or blue cheese.
Chef's Notes
Chef's Notes: The buffalo sauce goes on AFTER air frying — adding it during cooking will cause the cauliflower to steam rather than crisp. Use a light coating, not a soak. For vegan version, use a dairy-free ranch. Contains: Milk (if using ranch/blue cheese).
